Join Minnesota Dodgeball’s league for women, trans, and nonbinary players! At Minnesota Dodgeball, we are committed to creating inclusive spaces in sports, ensuring that everyone—especially women and members of the trans/nonbinary community—feels valued, supported, and welcome. We recognize that opportunities like this are often limited, and we’re dedicated to providing them in an intentional and meaningful way. Division: Recreational Draft
Our Recreational Draft Division is a social league ideal for newcomers and casual players, focusing on fun, skill-building, and community. Open to all skill levels, this division drafts teams each season to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Whether you’re new to dodgeball or have played a few seasons, you’ll find this division an enjoyable way to connect with others. Experienced players may join on a case-by-case basis, though those looking for more competitive play are encouraged to explore the Advanced Draft Division.
ROSTER
Teams may have up to 10 players on the roster and max of 8 on the court. However, depending on the number of registrations, the format may be adjusted. This flexibility enables us to cater to varying team sizes based on demand. Our goal is to ensure an equitable distribution to the best of our ability.
THE GAME

- Teams play 1 match per night
- 40 minute matches

- Standing headshots illegal.
- Deflections off balls and players count.
- Balls can get multiple players out.

Registration Details
Each registration includes a league t-shirt and a minimum of 8 weeks of games.
Day of the Week: Wednesday
Game Times: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Location: Southdale YMCA
Format: 8-9 Week Season, includes Kickoff and Playoffs.
Registration Opens: December 2nd, 12:00 PM
Registration Deadline: $60, deadline January 15th, 10:00 PM

Full refund, excluding processing fees, may be issued before the commencement of the first official game or for exceptional circumstances.
