ABOUT THIS LEAGUE
Our No-Sting leagues feature the use of 7-inch rubber balls, a widely popular ball type in the United States. These leagues have gained recognition and participation in local leagues around the country. No-Sting offers a unique playing experience, combining the excitement of dodgeball with reduced impact for a more comfortable and enjoyable game.
Rec No-Sting is a space for all players to have fun, meet people, and make friends in a casual dodgeball setting. We play by the honor system. If you get hit, go out. Court officials will be on site for safety and to ensure the game keeps moving.
Format: Buddy Draft League
The Buddy Draft League welcomes players who wish to join as a pair. As a pair, you will be placed on a team together. The draft process will ensure fair competition by distributing player talent across teams. Solo registrants will also have the opportunity to participate, and they will be assigned to teams. This is a great way to integrate into dodgeball and have a support system by your side!
ROSTER
Possible 8-10 players play on the court at a time, up to 12 can be rostered on your team. However, depending on the number of registrations, numbers may be adjusted. This flexibility allows us to accommodate different team sizes based on demand. For every 4 rostered players, 1 player should identify as part of the She/They community. We will do our best to distribute evenly.

- Teams play 1 match per night
- 40 minute matches

- Standing headshots illegal.
- Deflections off balls and players count.
- Balls can get multiple players out.

Registration Details
Each registration includes a league t-shirt and a minimum of 8 weeks of games.
Day of the Week: Thursdays
Game Times: 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Breck, 123 Ottawa Ave N, Golden Valley, MN 55422
Format: 8-9 Week Season, includes Kickoff and Playoffs.
Early Bird Registration: $55, deadline August 31st, midnight
Registration Deadline: $60, deadline October 5th, midnight

Full refund, excluding processing fees, may be issued before the commencement of the first official game or for exceptional circumstances.
