ABOUT THIS LEAGUE
Join Minnesota Dodgeball’s league for women, trans, and nonbinary players! At Minnesota Dodgeball, we are committed to creating inclusive spaces in sports, ensuring that everyone—especially women and members of the trans/nonbinary community—feels valued, supported, and welcome. We recognize that opportunities like this are often limited, and we’re dedicated to providing them in an intentional and meaningful way. If you love dodgeball, feel at home in this environment, and want to help this community grow, we’d love to have you join us!
*Please note that this league is specifically for Women, Trans, and Nonbinary individuals. It is not an exclusively She/They league or a women-only league. We welcome anyone who identifies as a cisgender woman, as well as all members of the trans and nonbinary communities. This may include players who may come across as male presenting but also self-identify as part of this community. While we embrace diverse gender identities across our various leagues, if you do not identify as a cisgender woman, trans, or nonbinary, we kindly ask that you explore our other league options.
format: Remix
Format Definitions
- Draft: Captains will participate in a snake draft to select the players who will be on their team.
- Remix: Players register individually for our Remix league, and league managers will create new teams each week from the full pool of registered players. You’ll play with a different team every week, each led by one of our captains.
- BYOT (Bring Your Own Team): This division allows players to form their own team with certain salary restrictions to ensure a fair and balance league.
Whether you’re new to dodgeball or have played a few seasons, you’ll find this division an enjoyable way to connect with others. Experienced players may join on a case-by-case basis, though those looking for more competitive play are encouraged to explore our Open or Premier Leagues.
ROSTER
Teams may have up to 10 players on the roster and max of 8 on the court. However, depending on the number of registrations, the format may be adjusted. This flexibility enables us to cater to varying team sizes based on demand. Our goal is to ensure an equitable distribution to the best of our ability.

- Teams play 1 match per night
- Multiple 12-15 minute matches
RULES
- Headshots are highly discouraged.
- Deflections off balls and players count.
- Balls can get multiple players out.

Day of the Week: Wednesday
Game Times: 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with some matches going until 10 PM
Location: Breck Middle School, 123 Ottawa Ave N, Golden Valley
Format: 6 Match Season + Kickoff and Playoffs.

- Optional Annual Membership: $40
- New Player: $70
- Returning Player (Member): $70
- Returning Player (Non-Member): $85
