Physical risk. Dodgeball is a contact sport played at speed. Participation in Minnesota Dodgeball activities, including leagues, tournaments, open gyms, clinics, and youth programs, involves inherent risk of injury. By participating you acknowledge and accept those risks. Minnesota Dodgeball LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in its programs or events, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Waivers are required. Every participant must sign a liability release before taking the court. Participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign on their behalf, and a guardian must be present to do so. Signing a waiver does not remove your responsibility to play within the rules and the Code of Conduct.
Your own health. You are responsible for determining whether you are physically fit to participate, and for disclosing any condition that staff would need to know about in an emergency. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are unsure whether it is safe for you to play, speak to a healthcare professional first.
Schedules and information change. Season dates, venues, pricing, and program details are subject to change, including at short notice for weather, facility availability, or safety. Any reliance you place on information on this site is strictly at your own risk. We reserve the right to update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.
