Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026.

Minnesota Dodgeball LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our players and community members. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect. When you register for a league, tournament, open gym, or youth program we collect your name, email address, and the details needed to place you on a roster. Payment is handled by our registration provider, so we do not store your card number. We also collect what you send us directly through contact forms, event sign-ups, and newsletter subscriptions.

How we use it. To run registrations and rosters, to communicate about the events you signed up for, to process payments, and to send updates about our programs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies. This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they arrive. It sets cookies and collects device, browser, and approximate location data. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Photography and video. We photograph and film our events, and we publish those images on this site, in our galleries, in email, and on social media. If you are in a photo you would rather we did not use, tell us and we will remove it. For participants under 18 we will not publish an identifiable image if a parent or guardian asks us not to.

Children's privacy. Our youth programs serve players aged 7 to 14. We collect youth information only from a parent or legal guardian during registration, and we use it only to run the program and to reach a guardian in an emergency. We do not knowingly collect information online directly from a child. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or ask us to delete their child's information at any time.

Email. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in every message. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not the operational messages about a season you are registered for, such as schedule changes and cancellations.

Third-party services. We rely on outside platforms for registration, payment, photo hosting, and email delivery. Each keeps its own privacy practices, and we would encourage you to read them.

How long we keep it. Registration and roster records are kept while you remain an active participant and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and historical records, such as past season standings. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Data security. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@minnesotadodgeball.com and we will respond.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
